Due to the competition of Great Place to Work Allgäu Batterie was honoured one of the best employes of Allgäu. We even reached the first place in the category of companys up to 49 employees.

The valuation basis was a detailed and anonymous survey of our employees. The topics were among others trust in the executives, quality of teamwork, appreciation, career development opportunities, compensation, health development, work-life-balance and identification with the company. Furthermore the management was asked about further educations for the employees.

Companies of all industry sectors and sizes took part at the regional competiton “Best employers Allgäu 2018”. They faced a voluntary test about the quality and attractivity of the workplace, tested by the independent institute Great Place to Work® and the employees.

Of particular note are the maximum points in the categories team spirit and pride. A hundred percent of the employees like coming to work and are proud of what they achieve together. The result shows the high importance of  well-being which Allgäu Batterie has on their employees. Furtherance of the team spirit, optimization of the net wages, flexible work hours and stable jobs are just a few points of a great working place. The award is approval and incentive at the same time.
