Do you need consultation on how to use your energy most effectively? Would you like a professional to take care of the service and maintenance of your devices? As a pioneer in your industry, do you want to implement the topic of Industry 4.0 in your energy management? Or you would like to have your employees trained by experienced experts? Then you’ve come to just the right place.

Needs analysis: Battery Monitoring System

In the run-up to the acquisition of new charging stations or batteries, we provide the opportunity to determine your actual needs. To achieve this, a battery controller (Battery Monitoring System) is assembled and tracks the operating data of the batteries over several weeks. Based on this data, detailed needs analyses can be created to best match your investments to demand and thus avoid poor investments. Examples of an application are smoothing of energy peaks or saving of exchangeable batteries. This is particularly efficient with the additional use of our ALLtrac® Plus series charging devices.

Optimal energy management

We bring certified companies forward with energy efficient improvement opportunities. This is because the international standard DIN EN ISO 50001 is intended to enable organizations to develop energy-efficient systems and processes. Certified organizations therefore define the requirements of an energy management system (EnMS), on the basis of which energy objectives are set and an energy policy is implemented.

As an expert in energy management, we come into play if you are already certified and are looking for ways to save energy. Because we show you how to use your batteries, charging devices or your own electricity as efficiently and optimally as possible in order to achieve the goals you have set for yourself. At the same time, we give you the technology you need to do it – for example, our high-frequency charging devices, which are much more energy efficient than the previous generation, with an efficiency of 96%.

Analyses that move your forward

By digitally recording all service data, we can implement detailed analyses. These allow well-founded statements to be made about the current condition, potential failures and deployment optimization within the fleet.

The relevant standards for traction batteries and stationary battery systems require adequate ventilation of operating rooms. In order to determine whether artificial ventilation is necessary, we perform ventilation calculations and thereby help our customers to conform to standards.

There are still countless 50 Hz charging devices in circulation. They are real power guzzlers and worsen both the ecological and the economic balance of companies. Allgäu Batterie therefore offers energy cost calculations in which both an individual consideration and a collective evaluation of the entire charger inventory is possible.

Electrotecnical inspections

As the operator, you are responsible for the occupational safety of all employees. This includes the inspection of traction batteries and charging devices in your company, as well as fixed equipment such as UPS systems or commercial storage systems. This is because conscientious performance of regular inspections can minimize the likelihood of workplace accidents. And our electrical specialists will be happy to support you in this.

Which electrical systems and equipment must be tested?

  • Lead-acid batteries
  • Lithium-ion batteries
  • Chargers
  • Battery storage system
  • Emergency power supply systems

When is the inspection needed?

Inspection before initial commissioning

= after installation of electrical equipment that is not ready for connection has taken place and before initial commissioning

Inspection after maintenance

= after repair has been carried out on a safety-relevant component

Repeat inspection

= must take place at regular intervals as per the operator’s risk assessment, taking into account the manufacturer’s specifications

Digital transformation

Small and medium-sized companies in particular often have difficulty grasping the digital transformation. However, with us this is everyday life – and that is why we are happy to advise you on how you can actively achieve it.
