Needs analysis: Battery Monitoring System
In the run-up to the acquisition of new charging stations or batteries, we offer to determine your actual necessary needs. For this purpose, a battery controller (Battery Monitoring System) is mounted and tracks the operating data of the batteries over several weeks. Based on this data, detailed needs analyses can be created to best match your investments to demand and thus avoid bad investments. Examples of an application are smoothing of energy peaks or saving of exchangeable batteries. This is particularly efficient with the additional use of our ALLtrac® Plus series chargers.
Optimal energy management
We bring certified companies forward with energy efficient improvement opportunities. This is because the international standard DIN EN ISO 50001 is intended to enable organizations to develop energy-efficient systems and processes. Certified organizations thus define requirements of an energy management system (EnMS), based on which energy targets are set and an energy policy is lived.

FLEET ANALYSES
By digitally recording all service data, we can realize detailed analyses. These allow well-founded statements to be made about the current condition, potential failures and deployment optimization within the fleet.
VENTILATION CALCULATIONS
The relevant standards for traction batteries and stationary battery systems require adequate ventilation of operating rooms. In order to determine whether artificial ventilation is necessary, we carry out ventilation calculations and thereby help our customers to conform to standards.
ENERGY COST CALCULATIONS
There are still countless 50 Hz chargers in circulation. They are real power guzzlers and worsen both the ecological and the economic balance of companies. Allgäu Batterie therefore offers energy cost calculations in which both an individual consideration and a collective evaluation of the entire charger inventory is possible.

Testing before initial commissioning
