Self-consumption optimization

80% of electricity in Germany is to come from renewable energies by 2050, especially photovoltaics and wind energy (source: BMWi). In the course of the energy transition, energy storage systems enable a flexible power supply, as the generation of energy and its consumption can function independently of each other in terms of time. In addition to this balancing, energy storage systems also support a stable grid frequency by providing a certain amount of control power. Take an active part in shaping the energy transition and use renewable energy.

Cost savings through arbitrage and alternative to expensive grid connection expansion

Protection against rising electricity prices and independence from the energy supplier

Climate protection in action

MAIN MODES OF OPERATION:

  • Self-consumption optimization
  • Autarky with island operation
  • Emergency power operation/backup power operation

Expiry of the EEG levy

In the next few years, many renewable electricity generation plants will fall out of the EEG levy. This means that feeding into the grid will hardly be worthwhile any more, as the remuneration for direct marketing will be significantly lower than via the state-regulated subsidy. The most sustainable and profitable solution is therefore to use your own electricity – you cover your consumption with self-generated electricity from renewable sources.

Do not lose a kilowatt hour

Renewable energies are by their nature very volatile. With battery storage systems from Allgäu Batterie, you can compensate for these fluctuations and use the sustainably generated electricity without compromise. Often there is a consumption of electricity in which renewable energy is not available. The electricity must then be purchased from the grid at high cost.
Thus, they act as buffer storage for weather- and time-of-day-dependent power generators such as photovoltaics, hydropower, wind power or CHP.

As our society and economy become more electrified, our dependence on the power grid increases. It can be assumed that reliably ensuring a continuous power supply will be a high priority in the coming years.
