Our customer service engineers will take care of all the maintenance tasks for batteries, chargers and uninterruptable power supply systems according to the latest legal specifications.

Extensive customer service fleet
Every day eight customer service engineers attend to our customers’ equipment on site. Due to the significant size of the fleet, we are able realize very short response times for sites within in the south of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Mobile workshop
All our customer service engineers have a fully equipped vehicle with a great amount of spare parts to repair all possible defects in a single tour. Furthermore, they carry electronic monitoring devices for comprehensive diagnostics and documentation.

Rental equipment
If an instrument cannot be repaired immediately, our customers are equipped with a rental battery or charger for the duration of the repair time.

Qualified specialists
To guarantee maximum service quality, all our customer service engineers are highly qualified electricians. All of them receive regular training in order to stay up to date on the latest technical developments within the field enhancements. Consequently, they are able to conduct in-depth analyzes including an assessment of specific conditions on site instead of simple repair work.
