Excellent!

Allgäu Battery was voted one of the best employers in Bavaria in the Great Place to Work competition. After we already achieved a great result on the Allgäu level, we were also awarded in the Bavarian comparison among 217 participating companies! As in the last participation in 2018, we achieved a top 10 placement among companies of our size. Particularly astonishing is the fact that we are one of the very few companies from industry and trade that have been able to achieve such a good result. Our heartfelt thanks go to each and every employee, as they all play their elementary part in this team achievement. Especially in such turbulent times, this award strengthens our conviction that we can achieve a lot if we stick together!

Allgäu Battery participates every two years in the competition participated in order to obtain feedback from employees. The fact that the employee survey makes up a large part of the evaluation, increases the of the results and thus at the same time provides an outstanding basis for the refinement of measures in human resources work. Through regular participation, valuable insights can be gained into the Gaining further development of the corporate culture over the years.
